The pilot is offered at $299 per location per month, one location per subscription, with no setup fee for the standard pilot. Billing starts after the baseline is ready and you approve activation. Cancel before the next monthly renewal. The annual option is $2,988 per location per year. Custom integrations, historical bookkeeping cleanup, professional accounting and tax services, provider pass-through fees and GPU model training are scoped separately.

It reads records you authorize, proposes, and waits for your approval on consequential actions. It prepares draft statements and reconciliation exceptions for a controlled close; it does not provide accounting, tax or legal services and does not move money. Draft journals are for your CPA’s review.
