Agents

Seven agents and an assistant.

Each agent is an installed skill package with its own controls and reference rules, backed by deterministic code that owns the business logic. They share one evidence model and one set of identities (vendor, menu item, ingredient, account, employee, location, period), so no two agents keep competing versions of the same fact.

01 of 07

Operations

Reads
POS sales, tickets, items and time records from every connected POS; payroll; reservations and delivery; the scheduled-task ledger.
Delivers
Nightly ticket export with gap healing; clean transaction datasets with advertised promotions separated from service recovery and voids; the Thursday processor-report reconciliation and the Friday bank-withdrawal check; audits of tasks, receipts and logs.
Never without you
It never logs in past MFA, a CAPTCHA or a lockout. The only answer is “manual login required”.

02 of 07

Bookkeeping

Reads
Bank and card feeds through Plaid, supplier invoices, payroll reports, merchant settlements, POS sales.
Delivers
Immutable evidence with hashes; POS batches matched to deposits, fees, refunds, tips, gift cards and chargebacks; balanced journal proposals; draft P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow statement; a rolling 13-week cash forecast; variance analysis by price, volume, mix, labor, waste, fees and timing; anomaly reports ranked by cash and EBITDA effect.
Never without you
It never fabricates a balancing entry and never posts. Accepting a draft journal means “accept for CPA review”.

Inventory and ordering

Reads
Supplier feeds and invoices captured by email and photo, each with a hash and a manifest; distributor portal exports; physical-count ledgers with evidence photos; the recipe graph.
Delivers
Effective-dated ingredient, SKU, pack, recipe, yield and conversion masters; invoice price-inflation extraction; actual-against-theoretical reconciliation with the unexplained difference kept visible; current-cost valuation; inventory runway and first-stockout estimates; replenishment proposals within shelf-life, lead-time, storage, service and cash limits.
Never without you
It never places an order. A proposal becomes a draft for your signature.

04 of 07

Payroll preparation

Reads
Time exports and processor reports.
Delivers
The period's payroll file from tested rate, clock-out and tip rules; employee-level reconciliation of hours, rate, pay and tips against the processor report; evidence-bound correction replay with byte-identical output; one receipt per period with duplicate-send protection.
Never without you
It never sends a live payroll file without an explicit instruction for that period.

Menu and pricing

Reads
Completed order workbooks, the recipe graph, invoice price history.
Delivers
Price-elasticity estimates with HC3 robust 95 percent intervals and a knowledge-time cutoff; the quantitative menu margin model; end-of-shift pretax sales net of ingredient COGS; menu portfolio simulations across price increases, recipe and vendor savings, merchandising and simplification; a chart beside every report.
Never without you
It never changes a price. Elasticity is reported as a directional range, never as false precision.

Marketing and reviews

Reads
Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, Facebook and owned-site reviews and owner exports.
Delivers
A reputation ledger with normalized rows; daily lagged features (rating, sentiment, velocity, source mix, negative shocks); guest-experience themes (food, service, speed, value, atmosphere, drinks, reservations); response coverage and lag; a weekly reputation report; draft responses and counter-marketing recommendations, every Sunday night.
Never without you
It never posts a public reply.

Advertising

Reads
Current offers, menu, margin, availability and capacity evidence.
Delivers
Audience, goal, offer, CTA, placement, size and viewing distance set first; locked copy before imagery; editable composition; inspection at actual size; the nine-dimension weighted critique (offer clarity, visual hierarchy, brand fit, appetite, readability, cognitive load, CTA, print and platform robustness, price and disclosure clarity) with a 9.0 minimum to pass; dimension and effective-DPI checks at 300 dpi for print; content-addressed packets and QA receipts.
Never without you
It never publishes and never buys media.

Coordination

One evidence model across all seven.

An intelligence layer coordinates the agents through one evidence model: it defines the decision, horizon, grain and constraints; registers the expected evidence; normalizes shared identities; runs reconciliations before any modeling; keeps source facts, accounting interpretations, estimates, forecasts and recommendations in separate columns; and evaluates recommendations jointly, because pricing, promotions, labor, purchasing, quality, demand and working capital interact. It presents a frontier across profit, cash, service, risk, guest experience, food safety and implementation complexity, and routes every consequential write to approval.

Proposals, approvals, receipts

Every proposal carries its effect. Every decision leaves a receipt.

Proposals. Every recommendation is a typed proposal (vendor order, schedule band, reclassification, data confirmation, graph correction, note, experiment, cash action, journal approval) with a risk class (read, propose, act), a policy (auto, approve, owner-only), the nodes it affects, the evidence it cites, the run and snapshot it came from, and a required expected-effect range before it can be shown. Proposals are immutable, tenant-scoped and idempotent; at most 12 a day per restaurant.

Approvals. Your decisions are approve, reject, edit or defer, recorded with the note, the edit diff, dwell time and the rank at which the proposal was surfaced. Routine supported operations run under standing, versioned, evidence-based policy. Posting journals, paying bills, moving money, changing vendor banking, placing orders, changing approved substitutions, filing taxes and acting on employee allegations always require a person. Changed allergens or units never pass the routine path.

Receipts. Every external-facing intent gets a sha256 idempotency key. Receipts are write-once, never rewritten, never deleted; a pending marker survives a crash so nothing is retried blindly. Every executed operation produces an execution receipt binding the operation, work item, decision, authorization, actor, output hash and measured resource use. Delivered work, an achieved objective and evidence that an intervention happened are three different records.

The assistant

Ask anything. Every answer cites its evidence.

The assistant is a durable state graph (scope, plan, tool, evaluate, review, clarify, critic, finalize) with real conditional execution and durable interrupts, so an investigation can pause for your answer and resume with its evidence intact. A planner selects one allowlisted tool per step, and a separate critic checks the draft against the tool evidence; deterministic gates require valid citations before any answer can finish. Budgets: 16 planning steps, 14 model calls, 200,000 tokens, a 45-second call timeout, three failed attempts, three critic rounds. Conversation history, up to twelve prior turns, is encrypted, and every new turn rechecks the facts.

  • It can investigate: where to fix food-cost visibility first; whether the sales records reconcile; what a supplier price change costs per month and which dishes it touches; how much cash the next 13 weeks need; whether a payroll correction replays cleanly; what to prep for Friday given the range.
  • Its tools: source coverage; monthly P&L and balance-sheet drafts; reconciliation differences; statement cash observations; POS sales coverage; inventory counts; saved forecast evaluations; recipe dependencies and recipe-based ingredient demand; an evidence catalog with bounded reads; a Decimal calculation sheet with units, assumptions and formula receipts; work-item recording; a live seven-day forecast with conformal intervals and a chart; operating status and playbook proposals; advertising guidance and scoring.
  • Boundaries: raw bank, guest and employee rows never reach the model; calls carry approved aggregates only; accepting a draft journal means “accept for CPA review”, never posting.
  • Proof: tested against independently authored owner tasks, every reserved task fully or partially completed with zero critical failures across 39 recorded episodes.
