Onboarding
Four stages, each with a deliverable.
- Fit and source check. A source checklist, one priority, an agreed definition of success.
- Connect and reconcile. A reconciled baseline, a gap list, the first assistant answers, your restaurant's knowledge graph built.
- Configure and rehearse. A daily briefing, tracked tasks, explicit action boundaries, forecasts run in shadow beside your current decisions.
- The first 30 days after activation. A value review and a decision to continue, change scope or stop.

- At $100,000 of monthly sales, $299 is 0.299 percentage points of operating margin (0.249 at the annual rate).
- At $1,000,000 of annual sales, moving net margin from 5 to 6 percent is $10,000 a year, 20 percent of the original profit; the subscription is $3,588 a year.
- At $1.5 million of annual sales, a 1 percent EBITDA improvement is $15,000 a year.
